Shopify

Your mate on your Shopify storefront — knows your catalogue, answers shoppers, checks orders.

01What it does

Orders and returns, answered in your store

Open the listing in our own app catalogue and your mate appears on your storefront: it learns your products, policies and pages, answers shoppers in their language, and — for a signed-in shopper — looks up orders and, with a yes, makes changes.

02See it in place

Try it on a real site before you connect it

Northline Outdoor

A storefront mock-up of the Busymate AI Shopify app: grounded chat, store actions over WebMCP, an MCP server, and identified sign-in.

03How to switch it on

  1. Open the listing in our own app catalogue. While the Shopify App Store review is in progress, it sends a request instead of installing; once approved there it installs and creates your assistant directly.

  2. Turn on the app embed in your theme, and the launcher appears on every storefront page.

  3. It learns your products, policies and pages; signed-in shoppers get order help, confirmed first.

04What it needs

Open the listing and switch on the theme embed — it configures itself.

Nothing to set up on your side.

05Questions

The app itself is ready today, open source, and listed in our own app catalogue; it is in the Shopify App Store's own review, so until that's approved the listing's button requests access instead of self-serve installing.
It says so and hands the conversation to a person on your team, who picks it up from the Inbox with the full history — the customer stays on the channel they wrote on.
